What we do
Stucco is porous and textured, which makes it a perfect home for algae and a tricky surface to clean. We use a soft-wash and detergent dwell time to lift staining from the pores.
High pressure on stucco chips the finish and forces water deep into the wall. We never use it. Instead, we apply a soft-wash solution, allow it to dwell, agitate stubborn areas, and rinse with controlled low pressure.
For older or painted stucco we test a small area first to confirm color-fastness before treating the whole exterior.
