What we do
Tile roofs are common in Florida and notoriously easy to damage. Walking on dry tile cracks it; high-pressure water dislodges it. We use a soft-wash approach from the edges and a roof-safe walking technique.
Concrete and clay tiles collect moss, lichen and algae just like shingles, but they require an even gentler hand. Our techs walk only where structurally supported, apply soft-wash chemistry to lift growth, and rinse with controlled low pressure.
We can also flush valleys and clear out the organic debris that builds up between tiles and traps water — a major cause of leaks on tile roofs.
What's included
Every tile roof washing job
- Walkable-zone inspection before any work
- Soft-wash solution applied from ladder and edges
- Valley flush to clear trapped organic debris
- Optional sealant recommendation for porous tile
Why it matters
The difference
Tile preservation
Our technique minimizes foot traffic on the brittle tile surface.
Leak prevention
Clearing valleys removes the debris that causes most tile-roof leaks.
Restored color
Tile color often looks 5 to 10 years younger after a proper wash.
